Kestrel eggs with starling eggs.  The kestrels seem to have taken over the starling nest as all the aggs are on straw.

I had removed the starling eggs when I found them.  I figured the kestrels would have a better chance that way.  I checked the box again on 5/31/2017. One egg did not hatch.  The four remaining babies appeared to be about 18 days old.  It would have been interesting to leave the eggs in and see what happened.  Maybe next time.
