To get to the page displayed by the visual guide, click on the "Community" button at the top of the AKP website. From the drop-down menu, select "Discussion Groups Index."
Then, click on any group you wish to participate in. That will bring you to the screen shown by the picture.
In order to participate in a discussion or post new topics, you must subscribe to a group first! The subscribe button is found on the top right of a group's page. You may subscribe to any and all groups you wish.
