Last year we found 10 American Kestrel eggs in one of our nest boxes in Northern Colorado. We presumed that this was a "dump nest" used by 2 females.
Unforntunately, when we returned three weeks latrer to check on the nest, all the eggs were gone.
Has anyone else ever seen thsi many eggs in a Kestrel nest box?
