Problem entering data

I've been trying to enter observation data to the website and the nest list keeps scrolling off the screen so I can't access the list.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Dave,

We have been unable to reproduce this problem on any of our systems here. Can you tell me what device type (computer or tablet), browser name, and screen resolution you're using?

Hi again Dave, after more digging I was able to reproduce the scrolling problem you described. The observations app has been updated to fix the problem. Please try it again at your convenience and let us know if it works correctly now.

Depending on your browser settings, you may have to force-refresh the observations page to get the update. If you're not familiar with forcing a total refresh, see https://www.wikihow.com/Refresh-a-Page , method 1, item 4.
