So do the 2018 observations go on the same form with the 2017 observations or is there a way to start a new form?

As long as you include the date of your observation on your data collection sheet, you may record your data on the same sheet for both years. If you'd like to record the new year's observations on a new data sheet, you can download a new data collection sheet from http://hub.peregrinefund.org/node/520. Be sure to input your observations into the AKP Database by logging on, entering nest box information under Research > Nests and entering observation data under Research > Observations.
